Our greatest and most valuable asset is our manpower resources. We have a motivated, talented, and highly experienced team of real estate professional staff to draw on in our operations. The expertise of our key staff cuts across all fields of the real estate profession including research surveys, training, and capacity-building initiatives. We also have a reliable seasoned part-time Real Estate Professionals and technical personnel who, upon our request, make their services available to us even at short notice.

Team Profile
SURV. DR. MATILDA ESI FIADZIGBEY
Managing Consultant (Real Estate Valuation & Consultancy)Surv. Dr. Matilda Esi Fiadzigbey is a seasoned Valuation Surveyor, Land Administrator, Legal Consultant, and Alternative Dispute Resolution Mediator.
She is a Fellow of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors and the first Woman President of the Institution. She is a Member of the International Federation of Surveyors (FIG) and an associate member of the Commonwealth Association of Surveying and Land Economy (CASLE). She is also member of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA). In October 1996, she was appointed the first Administrator of Stool Lands of the then newly-established Office of the Administrator of Stool Lands (OASL).
She efficiently facilitated the establishment, growth and development of the OASL to become one of the prominent Land Sector Agencies in Ghana. She is currently a Partner and the Managing Consultant of ADF Real Estate Valuation & Consultancy. She obtained an immense experience in practical valuation, having started as Assistant Lands Officer at the erstwhile Lands Department (now Lands Commission) and rose to the position of Principal Lands Officer. She later joined the Land Valuation Board (now Land Valuation Division of the Lands Commission) as Principal Valuer. She handled key valuation assignments and was heavily involved in valuation of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) listed for divestiture under the government’s Divestiture Implementation Programme. She was appointed Director of Training and Research of the Board in 1990. In that position, she facilitated Capacity Building and Research programmes of the Board.
She graduated from the University of Science and Technology, Kumasi in 1972 with a B.Sc (Hon.) Degree in Land Economy. She holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Integrated Surveys from the International Institute of Aerospace Surveys and Science, Enschede, the Netherlands, and Executive Masters Degree in Public Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). She enrolled at the Ghana School of Law and upon successful completion, was called to the Bar in the 2007. She has undertaken several courses in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) including Executive Master of ADR from Gamey and Gamey Academy of Mediation/Pulse Institute, Africa. She has also undertaken specialised training programmes and participated in several local and international conferences.
Surv. Dr. Fiadzigbey is a recipient of awards in recognition of her immense contribution to land administration and the surveying profession including:
1. Ghana Women of Excellence Award in recognition of her immense contribution to Land Administration in March 2011.
2. Honorary Doctor of Law Degree (Honoris Causa) by the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in 2003 for her contribution to the University, the Surveying profession, and the nation.
3. Commonwealth Foundation Award to promote Commonwealth Understanding in 1996 for her leadership role in the Surveying profession in the Commonwealth.

SURV. PAUL ODURO ATUAH
Principal ConsultantSurveyor Paul Oduro Atuah is a product of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, where he graduated in 1976 with a B. Sc. (Hon.) Land Economy Degree. He also holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in South Africa Property Law and the Law of Property Valuation from the University of South Africa (UNISA), Pretoria. He is a professional member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS), and a Professional Member of the South Africa Institute of Valuers (SAIV).
Surv. Atuah is an experienced Estate Surveyor/Valuer, Land Economist, and Real Estate Researcher. His wealth of local and international experience in real estate valuation and consultancy spans a period in excess of forty (40) years, having worked in various capacities at various times in the public service and private sector in Ghana, Nigeria, Botswana, Swaziland, and The Republic of South Africa. For a period of four (4) years (1985 – 1989), he served in the academic field, lecturing in Valuation and Land Law at the School of Environmental Studies, Kaduna Polytechnic, Nigeria.
Surveyor Atuah has had immense international exposure in real estate practice, having worked as Valuation Surveyor/Resident Valuer at different times for two separate real estate consultancy firms in Nigeria (1978 – 1985), Senior Lands Officer for the Government of Botswana on a 6-year contract appointment (1996 – 2002). He operated a private Valuation Consultancy Firm (Morula Valuers) in Pretoria, South Africa (2007 – 2012). He is currently a Partner and Principal Consultant in the Firm, ADF Real Estate Valuation & Consultancy, Accra, Ghana. He is particularly adept in the valuation of specialised properties such as hotels, shopping centres, agricultural estates, and industrial establishments including plant and machinery.

SURV. DAVID KWESI DAUTEY
Principal ConsultantSurveyor David Kwesi Dautey graduated with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Land Economy Degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, in 1979. Upon graduation, he was appointed as a Teaching Assistant and taught under-graduates in Land Resource Economics for one year at the Department of Land Economy, KNUST. In 2007, he did a post-graduate study at the University of Ghana, Legon, and obtained his M.A. in Economic Policy Management.
He is a Fellow of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors and has over thirty years’ experience in Valuation Surveying. He has undertaken valuation and feasibility/viability appraisals in several sectors both in the rural and urban settings. For the period 1980-1986, he was in Nigeria where he worked in the private sector as a Valuation Surveyor with Messrs Ishmael and Partners, Lagos and Messrs Dike Obialo and Partners, Aba Imo State. His duties included Capital Valuation of landed properties for Mortgage, Insurance, Sale, Compensation for compulsory acquisitions, Feasibility and Viability.
He thereafter, gained considerable wealth of experience lecturing at the tertiary level, specifically in Land Resource Economic, Valuation and Property Management at the Department of Land Surveying and Estate Management, Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Upon his return to Ghana, for the period 1987-1999, he initially worked with the then Land Valuation Board (now the Land Valuation Division of the Lands Commission). During this period he worked variously on valuation matters such as the valuation of Cocoa farms for Ghana Cocobod in the Central region, valuation of crops destroyed by the activities of Timber Firms, Valuation of Industrial Properties and Oil Palm Plantation of Ameen Sangari Soap Factories in the Central and Greater Accra Regions.
He served as the Team Leader for the compilation and valuation of Properties occupied by Refugees at the Buduburam Camp in the Central Region. He served as the Board’s representative on the Ghana Institution of Surveyors. For the period 1999-2014 he worked at the Office of the Administrator of Stool Lands as Chief Stool Lands Officer and was in charge of Operations, Coordination of all Regional Activities and Team Leader of the Office in the implementation of the 15-25 years Land Administration Project. He currently works with ADF Real Estate Valuation and Consultancy as a Partner and Principal Consultant. He also lectures in Land Administration and Management at the Otumfuo Center for Traditional Leadership, University of Professional Studies, (UPSA) Accra.
