Developing operational budgets based on anticipated revenue and expenses, and making budgetary allocation for necessary fixed expenses such as property rates, insurance premiums, repairs and decorations.

Project Management Coordination

Coordinating new or on-going development projects through maintenance.

Maintenance Strategy

Assessing the building’s maintenance needs and consulting with the owner to devise a scheduled maintenance programme aimed at preserving the economic life of the property.

Surveying Solutions

Providing building surveying services such as inspection of basic structural fixtures and internal fittings/facilities and compilation of schedules of dilapidations to facilitate end-of-lease handing over arrangements.
