ADMISSION INTO CERTIFICATE COURSES IN REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION

GHANA CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY COLLEGE, in collaboration with ADF REAL ESTATE VALUATION AND CONSULTANCY, is running Certificate Courses in Real Estate Management and Administration, commencing August 1, 2024.
COURSES ON OFFER
There are three (3) Certificate Courses on offer, each representing a specialised field of real estate practice, focusing on capacity building and skills development. The courses are:
  1. Real Property and Facilities Management
  2. Real Estate Agency
  3. Housing Estate Development and Administration

A prospective student/trainee may opt for any one of the three courses on offer, and will be a proud recipient of a Certificate to be granted by the Ghana Christian University College upon successful completion of the course. 

These are career-development and capacity building programmes designed to assist students/trainees to cultivate in-depth theoretical knowledge, skills development, and the business acumen necessary to achieve success in the lucrative real estate industry. TARGET GROUP
The course programmes are suitable for career-oriented individuals including Senior High School Graduates and matured corporate/business personnel who desire to pursue courses and upgrade their careers in various specialised areas in the real estate industry, including property management, facilities management, land administration/management, real estate agency practice, and housing estate development.
COURSE DURATION
Each of the three certificate courses will be of one (1) year duration, divided into two semesters.
CERTIFICATION
A Certificate to be issued by Ghana Christian University College upon successful completion of the course.

GHANAIAN NATIONALS

Applicants may choose to pay in full, or 60% before commencement of the course, and the remaining 40% mid-way through the course.

FOREIGN NATIONALS

Applicants may choose to pay in full, or 60% before commencement of the course, and the remaining 40% mid-way through the course.

Students/trainees may opt for any one of the two modes of course delivery as best suits their peculiar circumstances.

Distance (On-line) Education.
We offer online tuition for students who prefer virtual learning.
